AiB ATONE Delegation Program - Cycle 2

All in Bits (AiB) is launching the second cycle of the ATONE Delegation Program to continue supporting a decentralized and community driven AtomOne network. This round refines how validator contributions are measured, balancing technical excellence, reliability, and meaningful participation in governance and community efforts. The program’s purpose is to strengthen decentralization by delegating to validators who contribute beyond the basic task of operating a node. Delegations reflect performance, commitment, and reliability rather than tenure or reputation alone. Validators who show consistent uptime, active participation, and transparency in governance play a central role in maintaining AtomOne’s security and stability, and the program is designed to recognize that.

Evaluation and Criteria

This cycle introduces a more complete approach to assessing validator performance using a formulate to calculate delegation amounts. Each validator is evaluated across four areas: technical contributions, marketing and outreach, uptime and governance participation. Together these categories provide a balanced view of both operational performance and broader involvement in the AtomOne ecosystem.

Technical contributions include code development, infrastructure improvements, testnet works, and tools that improve network security and usability. Marketing and outreach recognize efforts to educate and inform the community, whether through writing, hosting discussions, producing educational content or simply participating in conversations and helping out in community channels. Operational performance is measured through uptime and missed block rates, which provide objective indicators of reliability. Governance participation ensures validators are not only maintaining infrastructure but are also engaged in the collective decision making that shapes AtomOne’s direction.

Delegations and Adjustments

Validators were reviewed across these areas and assigned delegation levels that reflect their combined impact. Those with strong technical or community engagement, consistent uptime, and active voting records received higher delegations. Validators with limited activity, reliability concerns, or low engagement received smaller allocations. To maintain fairness and decentralization, any validator whose total voting power would exceed three percent remains excluded from new delegations. Previous delegations have also been adjusted to reflect current performance. Some validators will see an increase, while others will see a reduction, ensuring total allocations align with present contributions and network needs.

Ongoing Review

Delegations from this cycle will remain active for six months. AiB will then conduct a new evaluation based on updated performance and contributions. The goal is to keep the program adaptive and aligned with the values of transparency, accountability, and consistent participation. AiB reserves the right to modify or withdraw delegations at any time to preserve the health and decentralization of the network.
